Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs means that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result, we are looking for Full Time Customer Operations Specialist Consultant to join our team in our Banyo, Brisbane location.

This position is part of the National Government Funded team and has scheduled hours from 730 to 1630 Monday to Friday.  

As part of our National Government Funded team, you will be helping our Home Care Package and NDIS customers, their families and their providers.
 
In this role, you will:

  • On boarding new customers referred from HCP and NDIS
  • Building relationships with HCP and NDIS providers
  • Checking compliance documentation relates to each state government processes
  • Assisting with business development and how Lite n’ Easy can become a provider
  • Answer calls from HCP and NDIS customers 
  • Provide accurate information about how the Lite n' Easy HCP and NDIS programs work
  • Working with accounts and our call centre to resolve any queries
  • Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail of accuracy
  • Ability to work well autonomously but still part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Good understanding of MS Office packages
  • Very good problem-solving skills and ability to deal with unique problems
