Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' needs means that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for full time Contact Centre Consultants to join our team.

As a full time team member 38 hours per week, you may be rostered to take inbound calls in our Contact Centre between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Training is provided and is full time for the first 4 weeks and is a mix of both classroom and on the job learning. Our next intake is commencing 13th May 2024.

As part of our customer service team based in Eastern Creek, Sydney, you will be helping provide our customers delicious healthy meals for time poor people and those wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Take inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Accurately update customer records in Customer Management System
  • Assist customers with complaints and resolve efficiently and effectively
  • Focus on continuous improvement on your own and team skills
  • Be available and flexible to work between 8am and 6pm
  • Have flexibility to work some Public Holidays

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service role - call centre, office, retail and hospitality backgrounds welcome
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
  • Experience with Customer Management Systems/Data Bases
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of products and services
  • Experience in developing a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
  • Proven ability to gather and record information utilising available technology and resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment preferred
